David has been on staff since 2004, working in various ministries. He and his wife, Veronica, currently lead worship together. They have 4 children: Mia, Autumn, Vivian, and Samuel. David was installed as the Lead Pastor of Crescent Lake in November, 2021. David is passionate about leading the church closer to the heart of the Father.

Mike Boudreaux
Pastor
Originally from Louisiana, Mike graduated from LSU in 1976 with a degree in Accounting and worked as an accountant at Freeport McMoran for 11 years. In 1988, he left the business world and became Associate Pastor at Reserve Christian Center. Later, he left his home of 44 years and came to Excelsior Springs, MO to Crescent Lake Christian Center. Mike led as the Senior Pastor of Crescent Lake from 1998 until November, 2021 when David took over as the Lead Pastor. He currently still serves at Crescent Lake alongside Pastor David. He and his wife, Stephanie, have three wonderful children and twelve grandchildren. He also serves on the Leadership team of Midwest Ministries Fellowship.

Ethan rosenboom
associate pastor / youth pastor
Ethan has been a part of Crescent Lake and the Excelsior Springs community for nearly his entire life. From attending church and our former school (CLCA) as a child, to graduating from ESHS as a young adult, this church and city have always been close to his heart. Ethan married his high school sweetheart, Megan, in 2013, and they now have four beautiful children (Maximus, Benjamin, Jillian and Abigail). In 2017, Ethan was ordained as our Youth Pastor and an Elder, while maintaining a career in Information Technology at Children’s Mercy Hospital. During his time there, he discovered his passion for people and sharing the love of Jesus in the day to day. In December 2023, Ethan left his career in technology and stepped into ministry full-time as the Associate Pastor, and continuing Youth Pastor, of Crescent Lake Christian Center, where he continues to share the love of Jesus with those in our church body and this community.
